LHBC Dock/Storage/Membership Contracts
To request a dock please fill out a Dock Contract. To store your boat with us during the winter fill out a Storage Contract. To complete the contracting process you must also fill out a Payment Form to provide payment details. You may post multiple forms (dock, storage, membership, other) and fill-out only one payment form combining all contracts completed.
All users of our docks and storage services must also be Active members of the club per IRS rules controlling a 501c7 sports club, which LHBC is. But of course even those that dock elsewhere can use their memberships throughout the season to visit the members-only club bar, to attend our social events and utilitize other benefits and discounts as members of LHBC.
Online versions of Dock, Storage and Payment Forms are not presently available while we update their content.
Please print and fill-out a copy of those forms below.
The contract can be filled out on-line and printed or emailed. Or just printed and filled out by hand.

Once complete please deliver the contract along with appropriate deposit and selected payment plan to Lorain Harbor Boat Club.
